Attendance and Participation: Users are expected to actively participate in courses, complete assignments on time, and adhere to any attendance policies.
No Financial Advice: Users must understand that the content provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. Users are responsible for their own investment decisions.
Respect Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of the institute and other third parties, not infringing upon copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
Responsibility for Equipment: Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access and use the Services.

Ownership of Course Content

All content, materials, and resources provided through our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, are the intellectual property of Trading Avenue Stock Market Institute or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Usage Rights: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not allow users to:
1. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the course content without express written permission from Trading Avenue.
2. Use the course content for any commercial purpose or for public display (commercial or non-commercial).
3. Share login credentials or course materials with unauthorized individuals.
Reservation of Rights: Trading Avenue reserves all rights not expressly granted to users in these terms and conditions. Users acknowledge that the unauthorized use of the course content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action.

Fees and Payments

Pricing: Our Services are offered for a fee, as detailed during registration and on our website. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms: Payment for our Services must be made at the time of purchase. Access to courses will be granted only upon receipt of full payment.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Checks, UPI Payment, Digital Wallets, Debit or Credit Cards.
Installment Plans: There are some exceptions in some cases which only applies to our 45-Day Beginner to Pro Full Course where the payment can be made in two equal installments each installment made at the end of the week. Before starting the course on an installment plan, a security fee of atleast ₹ 5,000 must be paid which would later be subtracted from the course fee.
Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, you will be notified and asked to provide updated payment information. Access to services may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
Refusal to Pay: If a student fails to pay the agreed course fee after completing more than five lectures, they will be reminded to settle the outstanding amount promptly. Continued non-payment will result in the suspension of access to our services. Persistent refusal to pay may lead to legal action to recover the owed amount.
